You don’t have to face things on your own. Reach out today to book a confidential and compassionate session to start your journey.
If you’re struggling with distressing memories or trauma, the Rewind Technique offers a gentle, effective way to help reduce their impact without needing to go into detail or relive the experience. Also known as ‘Closure without disclosure,’ this approach can be particularly helpful if you dont feel ready to talk about a traumatic event out loud.
The technique guides you into a relaxed state, where you can safely process and “rewind” past experiences in a way that helps your mind store them differently. Many people find that, after using this method, their memories feel less overwhelming, allowing them to move forward with more freedom.
Rewind can be included as part of your therapy or as a stand alone intervention. It is especially beneficial for PTSD, anxiety, and trauma-related distress.
In addition to my clinical skills, I am committed to ongoing professional development. I regularly participate in supervision and training to enhance my therapeutic technique and stay current with developments in the mental health field. I believe continuous learning is essential to providing my clients with the highest standard of care.
