Counselling sessions
Taking the step towards therapy is a powerful choice for your well-being, and I’m here to walk alongside you. Whether you’re looking for short-term support or long-term guidance, each session is tailored to your unique needs, providing a safe and confidential space to explore your thoughts and emotions. Together, we’ll work towards achieving clarity, healing, and personal growth in a compassionate, supportive environment. Let’s explore how we can move forward, at your pace.
Counselling sessions
Private & personal counselling
My face-to-face sessions are held at Somerset House. They are situated on the first floor of the building, which unfortunately means there is no wheelchair access and one flight of stairs to navigate. I understand this may be a barrier for some, so if you prefer, we can arrange counselling sessions by phone or online to ensure you still have access to the support you need.
We would typically meet weekly at a time that feels comfortable and convenient for you. Consistency is important for the therapeutic process to unfold, so we’ll work together to find a schedule that suits your availability. You can choose the same time each week, or if it’s easier, you’re welcome to choose from the available time slots on the day.
How often we meet is something we can decide together and adjust as needed throughout our work together. I understand that things can change and will do my best to accommodate you.
Counselling pricing
Payable via bank transfer or cash.
Cancellations
If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, 50% of the fee will be charged.

I offer a 20-minute introductory call or Zoom meeting free of charge. It is so important that you feel you can connect with your counsellor and that I have the right experience to support you. There is no obligation to continue working with me after this.
If you don’t require the introductory call, we can continue straight into the sessions.
